Ammar bin Humaid Receives Participants of the “Future Government Leaders in the Arab World” Program

اHis Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Council, received today at the Emiri Diwan in Ajman the participants of the third cohort of the “Future Government Leaders in the Arab World” program. The group consists of 40 participants representing 20 Arab countries, visiting the United Arab Emirates as part of a knowledge-based tour to learn about the best practices and expertise in developing government work. The meeting was attended by Her Excellency Aisha Sultan Al Shamsi, Executive Director of the Private Education Affairs Office in Ajman.
During the meeting, His Highness was briefed on the program’s objectives and strategic outcomes, as well as its knowledge tracks and field visits to various government entities in the country. This provides participants with the opportunity to learn about integration mechanisms between the federal and local levels and how to formulate innovative initiatives that enhance quality of life.
In a welcoming speech to the participants, His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi said:
"I would like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation for your presence today in the Emirate of Ajman, United Arab Emirates. We look forward with confidence to this program achieving its desired goals in enriching your knowledge and developing your skills, enabling you to transfer and employ this expertise in developing work systems and services in your countries, contributing to the service of your nations and communities."
His Highness added: "By the grace of God, the UAE today occupies a leading global position among advanced countries in the field of designing and innovating qualitative services. We hope you return to your institutions carrying scientific and practical expertise that contributes to their advancement and development, wishing you continued success and guidance in your professional careers."
For her part, Her Excellency Aisha Sultan Al Shamsi, Executive Director of the Private Education Affairs Office in Ajman, expressed her pride in this gracious reception, saying: "The reception of this elite group of Arab leaders by the Crown Prince of Ajman reflects the approach of the wise leadership in supporting joint Arab action and knowledge exchange. The Future Government Leaders program represents an exceptional platform for creating positive change, and we are proud of the modern insights the program provides, merging technology and innovative government management."
It is noteworthy that the program, launched by the Government Development and the Future Office in partnership with the Arab Administrative Development Organization of the League of Arab States, comes in implementation of the vision and directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, to consolidate a flexible and future-ready Arab government model.
In conclusion, the attendees stressed the importance of these field visits in building bridges of knowledge cooperation, praising the qualitative leaps achieved by the UAE in the fields of government readiness and innovation, making it an inspiring model for ambitious cadres across the Arab world.
