Cooperation Agreement Between Ajman’s Private Education Affairs Office and the Regional Center for Educational Planning to Advance Research and Policy Development

The agreement was signed by Her Excellency Aisha Sultan Al Shamsi, Executive Director of the Private Education Affairs Office in Ajman, and Her Excellency Mahra Hilal Al Mutaiwei, Director of the Regional Center for Educational Planning. This partnership reflects the commitment of both entities to empowering educational professionals and advancing the private education system through joint scientific projects and training programs built on the latest evidence and insights at the regional level.
The memorandum outlines a framework for enhancing scientific and research collaboration between the two parties through specialized studies, seminars, forums, and workshops, in addition to the exchange of expertise and knowledge that contribute to shaping educational policies and supporting informed decision-making.
Both sides affirmed their commitment to sharing specialized data, developing tools for measuring education quality and performance indicators, and expanding partnerships with local, regional, and international institutions to elevate educational outcomes.
Commenting on the agreement, H.E. Aisha Sultan Al Shamsi said:
“This partnership represents a strategic step toward strengthening the private education ecosystem in Ajman by leveraging the research and pedagogical expertise of the Regional Center for Educational Planning. For her part, H.E. Mahra Hilal Al Mutaiwei highlighted the importance of collaboration with the Private Education Affairs Office in Ajman, stating:
